This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") describes World Travel Holdings, Inc.'s ("WTH", "we", "us" and "our") collection, use, and disclosure of personal information about you ("PI") in connection with the cruise booking and related services that we offer in connection with this website, including any mobile versions and related mobile applications (collectively, our "Services"). While we partner with American Airlines, Inc. ("American"), WTH provides the Services to you and is responsible for the Services; American does not provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy applies to you whether you access the Services in your individual capacity or in the capacity of an agent for another person. This Privacy Policy is not a contract, and we will seek to obtain your consent to the extent required by applicable law.

PI We Collect

We collect and process PI in order to provide the Services to you, and in order to improve these Services. We may collect PI in the following contexts:
  • In using the Services, you may provide PI to us directly. Examples of such PI that you may provide include your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, identification documentation (e.g., driver's license number), booking details, credit card and other payment information, and information you provide over email or using comment boxes or forms on our website.
  • Automatically while you use the Services (see Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies below), much of which relates to your interaction with certain content and interfaces on the websites that we use to provide the Services. American and its affiliates may use your PI in accordance with American Airlines, Inc.'s terms and policies, including terms of use, the AAdvantage Program terms and conditions, and privacy policy (located at https://www.aa.com/i18n/customer-service/support/privacy-policy.jsp), as applicable.
  • In connection with the performance of certain activities or fulfillment of bookings or other Services by a third party. For example, we may share your PI with such third-parties to facilitate delivery of the activities or fulfillment of bookings or related services to or for you. If you make a booking for a cruise, we will provide PI to the cruise operator in connection with your booking. Please see such third parties' terms and conditions and privacy policies, as they have their own privacy policies outlining the collection, use and disclosure of your PI.
  • With third party service providers to perform certain functions relating to the Services, such as credit card processors, disaster recovery data center providers, and other similar support services. These parties operate as providers of services to us, and only process your PI on our behalf. These third parties may also have their own privacy policy outlining the collection, use and disclosure of your PI.
  • With third parties that provide data processing services to us (for example web hosting), or who otherwise process PI for purposes such as credit card and payment processing, business analytics, customer service, marketing, social media partners, or distribution of surveys, to facilitate the delivery of online services and advertising tailored to your interests, or fraud prevention.
